Project description:We report a time series RNA-seq experiment involving two isolates of Puccinia graminis separately infecting Triticum aestivum cv. Morocco points post inoculation
Project description:Bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L., cv. Fielder) plants were grown under iron (Fe) deficient hydroponic conditions to analyise transcriptomic changes in leaf and root tissue.
Project description:Bread wheat (Triticum aestivum cv. Mace) mature and senescent flag leaves were collected over a 48 h time course in continuous conditions to investigate changes in circadian clock regulation that occur during leaf senescence.
Project description:Comparison of gene expression levels in non-hardened (NH), cold-hardened (CH) and subzero-hardened (SZH) Triticum aestivum L. cv Jackson crowns with Affymetrix GeneChip Barley Genome Array.
Project description:We monitored the transcriptomic response of roots and leaves of Triticum aestivum (cv Chinese Spring) at 2 months following the root inoculation by Azospirillum brasilense sp245 or Burkholderia graminis C4D1M. Plants were grown in pot containing a solid substrate (sand+soil) and 3 plants per pot, conditions in triplicates, in greenhouse conditions, and inoculated at seedling stage with OD 1 washed bacterial culture.
Project description:We monitored by RNAseq the transcriptomic response of roots and leaves of Triticum aestivum cv chinese Spring during a long term interaction with Funneliformis mossae (2 months) with or without a pathogen infection by infiltration of Xanthomonas translucens CFBP 2054. The control condition of roots and leaves wheat without mycorhizal fungi is in E-MTAB-5891 (material produced simultaneously and treated at the same time).
Project description:Alloplasmic lines provide a unique tool to study the nucleo-cytoplasmic interactions. Alloplasmic lines T183 and T195 were developed through the introgression of the cytoplasm from Aegilops uniaristata (T183) and Aegilops squarrosa (T195) in the nuclear background of Triticum aestivum cv. Chris. Alloplasmic line TH237 was produced introgressing the Hordeum chilense accession H7 cytoplasm into the nuclear background of Triticum aestivum accession T20. Fifty seeds for each sample in pots of 11 cm diameter and grown in controlled conditions under 600µE m-2 s–1 high light intensity in a daily regime of 12 h light at 22°C and 12 h darkness at 15°C. Plants were bulked from each pot and three biological replicate used for the transcriptomics Fully expanded second leaves were collected two weeks from sowing in the middle of the light period and used for transcriptomic analysis. ****PLEXdb (http://www.plexdb.org) has submitted this series at GEO on behalf of the original contributor, Cristina Crosatti. The equivalent experiment is TA49 at PLEXdb.
Project description:Wheat (Triticum aestivum) was infiltrated with the Stagonospora nodorum effector protein SnTox3 to identify differentially regulated genes.
