Project description:This SuperSeries is composed of the following subset Series: GSE13484: Profiling 11,639 genes in PBMCs from 2 donors: U133 A 2.0 Custom CDF Version 9 GSE13485: Profiling 20,077 genes in 25 vaccine recipients: U133 Plus 2.0, Custom CDF Version 9 Refer to individual Series
Project description:Glomerular Transcriptome from European Renal cDNA Bank subjects and living donors. Samples included in this analysis have been previously analyzed using older CDF definitions and are included under previous GEO submissions - GSE47183 (chronic kidney disease samples), and GSE32591 (IgA nephropathy samples). RNA from the glomerular compartment of was extracted and processed for hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays, annotated using Human Entrez Gene ID custom CDF version 19. This dataset is part of the TransQST collection.
Project description:Mutant T. gondii parasites lacking the hexokinase gene were viable. We carried genome wide expression analysis to identify genes that are differentially expressed in the mutant parasite with reference to wild type parental line. For this microarray analysis, we used the Affymetrix Toxoplasma gondii Custom GeneChip (CDF: ToxoDB version 5); Further details for this array can be found in the GEO platform ID GPL10000
Project description:Gene expression profiling of liver biopsies collected from 33 healthy liver donors ranging from 13 to 90 years old. The Affymetrix HG-U133 Plus 2.0 GeneChip platform was used to evaluate gene-expression.
Project description:Genome-Scale draft model for Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs). A GEM for PBMCs was developed by applying the INIT
algorithm on Human Metabolic Reconstruction (HMR 2.0) as a template model. GEMs were contextualised/ constrained for different conditions using expression datasets. The gene/transcript expression data obtained from PBMCs of Type 1 Diabetes progressors, non-progressors, and healthy controls were employed to score each reaction of HMR 2.0. For further detail please refer to Electronic Supplementary Information of Sen et.al, Metabolic alterations in immune cells associate with progression to type 1 diabetes, Diabetologia, 15/01/2020, (https://doi.org/10.1007/s00125-020-05107-6).
Project description:Our aim was to investigate gene expression changes over time in liver of ApOE3*Leiden mice on a high-fat diet. Probesets were remapped and annotated into Entrez gene-ids using the custom MBNI CDF-file, version 9.0.1 - the GCRMA data generated
