Here, microarrays were used to study 3T3-L1 adipose differentiation through time. Experiment Overall Design: 3T3-L1 fibroblasts were cultured in vitro and induced to differentiate using standard MDI protocol. At successive time-points, cells were collected, and processed for microarray analysis.
