ABSTRACT: We performed ChIP-seq of Tbx20 tagged with GFP in mouse hearts to identify binding sites for this transcription factor. This data set is part of the study “Endocardial Tbx20 is essential for mesenchymal and myocardial cell movements required for cardiac septation”.

Mutations in the T-box transcription factor TBX20 are associated with multiple forms of congenital heart defects, including cardiac septal abnormalities, but our understanding of the contributions of endocardial TBX20 to heart development remains incomplete.
