For simultaneous and quantitative thermophysical measurements of ultrasmall liquid volumes, we have recently developed and reported heated fluidic resonators (HFRs). In this paper, we improve the precision of HFRs in a vacuum by significantly reducing the thermal loss around the sensing element.
