ABSTRACT: The title compound, C(12)H(11)NO(2), is close to being planar (r.m.s. deviation for the non-H atoms = 0.033?Å). In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by N-H?O hydrogen bonds, generating C(7) chains running along the b axis. A weak C-H?O interaction helps to establish the packing.
