Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a severe autoimmune fibrotic disease characterized by fibrosis, vasculopathy, and immune dysregulation. Dendritic cells (DCs) are the most potent antigen-presenting cells, specialized in pathogen sensing, with high capacity to shape the immune responses.
