Within the broad research efforts to engineer chemical pathways to yield high-throughput evolutionary synthesis of genes and their screening for dictated functionalities, we introduce the evolution of nucleic-acid-based constitutional dynamic networks (CDNs) that follow reproduction/variation/selection principles.
