Targeting KRAS downstream signaling remains an important therapeutic approach in pancreatic cancer. We used primary pancreatic ductal epithelial cells and mouse models allowing the conditional expression of oncogenic Kras<sup>G12D</sup>, to investigate KRAS signaling integrators.
