Bis(3-ammonio-methyl-pyridinium) cyclo-tetra-phosphate.

ABSTRACT: In the title compound, 2C(6)H(10)N(2) (2+)·P(4)O(12) (4-), which involves a doubly protonated 3-ammonio-methyl-pyridinium cation and a cyclo-tetra-phosphate anion, the cyclo-tetra-phospho-ric ring is arranged around an inversion center and the organic entity alternates with it, forming hybrid ribbons parallel to the b axis. The crystal structure is stabilized by a three-dimensional network of N-H?O and weaker C-H?O hydrogen bonds.
