Sox2 levels configure the WNT response of epiblast progenitors responsible for vertebrate body formation. [EXP2 ChIPSeq]

ABSTRACT: In this experiment the relationship between SOX2 levels and the binding of B-catenin, TCF/LEF factors, and SOX2 to chromatin was assayed using ChIP-seq during embryonic stem cell differentiation and in naive pluripotency. A doxycycline inducible cell line (SOX2 TetON) was employed to experimentally control SOX2 expression.
