ABSTRACT: In this experiment the binding of SOX2, B-catenin, and LEF1 was assayed using ChIP-seq following differentiation of WT, T/Bra mutant, and Cdx1,2,4 triple mutant embryonic stem cells to caudal ebiblast progenitors. SOX2 binding in epiblast cells was assayed for comparison.
