ShRNA Knockdown of NFATC2 in the THP-1 cell line as a model of MLL-AF9 acute myeloid leukaemia


ABSTRACT: Knockdown of NFATC2 in AML cell lines using a lentiviral shRNA approach was shown to be detrimental to cell survival in vitro. We hypothesised that NFATC2 is essential for AML oncogenic signalling in these cells and its depletion would result in the perturbation of the affected pathways
