ABSTRACT: To investigate the effects of the common household detergent Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate (SDS) on the esophagus we provided mice with 0.5% SDS in their drinking water for 14 days and assessed the effects by various methods including RNA-Seq of whole esophagus homogenates.
