Maternal circadian rhythms and metabolic plasticity in the offspring


ABSTRACT: The impact of maternal circadian disruption during pregnancy on the metabolic outcome in the offspring was explored. To investigate whether epigenetic changes engage in the metabolic plasticity, global patterns of DNA methylation was compared between the control and circadian disruption during pregnancy in the fetal and mouse livers.
