Differential Expression of LncRNAs and mRNAs in normal and inflamed human pulp
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Dental pulp inflammation provides an excellent model for the interaction between tissue inflammation and regenerative processes. It is worthwhile to better understand molecular signaling of repair and regeneration in inflammatory processes. Emerging evidence suggests that lncRNAs participate in immune/inflammatory processes. We aimed to investigate the expression of lncRNAs in pulpitis and predict lncRNAs that possibly involved in inflammation and odontogenesis.
