Project description:These is a collection of chromatin proteomics experiments that make up the 80 "in-house" biological conditions covered by ProteomeHD (see publication for more details). All experiments use SILAC, resulting in 80 SILAC ratios comparing the impact of various drugs (estradiol, TSA, hydroxytamoxifen, etc.), growth factors (TNFalpha) or other treatments (ionizing radiation) on chromatin composition. Project description:Full protein measurements from in vitro differentiation of the human embryonic stem cell line HUES8 into pancreatic progenitors (PP) and pancreatic duct-like organoids (PDLOs). Protein intensities were quantified by mass spectrometry analysis from PPs at day 13 and from PDLOs at day 59. Project description:Directional RNAseq analyses was undertaken in Klebsiella pneumoniae Ecl8 and isogenic mutants Ecl8delta ramA and Ecl8delta ramR to determine the RamA regulon. All samples were grown in Luria Bertani broth until OD600 approx 0.6 prior to RNA extraction. Differential expression was determined using DEseq upon pairwise comparisons of Ecl8 vs Ecl8delta ramA, Ecl8deltaramA vs Ecl8deltaramR, Ecl8 vs Ecl8deltaramR.This data is part of a pre-publication release.
