ABSTRACT: Example files for a GNPS Workshop at the 2023 SIMB International Conference on Natural Product Discovery and Development in the Genomic Era from field-collected and/or laboratory-cultured biomass of the tropical marine benthic filamentous cyanobacterium Moorena bouillonii. Crude extracts generated with 2:1 dichloromethane and methanol, concentrated and resuspended in acetonitrile, desalted across C18 SPE with acetonitrile. Samples were resuspended in LC-MS grade methanol containing 2uM sulfamethazine as internal standard. LC-MS/MS was performed in an UltiMate 3000 UPLC system (Thermo Scientific) using a Kinetex 1.7 um C18 reversed phase UHPLC column (50 X 2.1 mm) and Maxis Impact Q-TOF mass spectrometer (Bruker Daltonics) equipped with ESI source. Data were acquired in positive ion mode.
