Proteomic analysis of p62-body components isolated by FAPS method.


ABSTRACT: Here, we developed a method using fluorescence-activated particle sorting (FAPS) to purify p62-bodies efficiently and identified several p62-body components, including known not only autophagy substrates and receptors, but also subunits of supramolecular protein complexes such as vault, a large cytoplasmic ribonucleoprotein particle, and clathrin-coated vesicles.
