ABSTRACT: This submission is part of the mass spectrometry datasets for the manuscript by Couzens et al. This submission contains files for an okadaic acid time course (association of proteins to the MOB1A bait in a phosphorylation dependent manner) and a comparison of the interactions mediated by phosphatase inhibition for the following baits: MOB1A, MOB1B and MOB4 in comparison to a negative control. The Hippo pathway regulates organ size and tissue homeostasis in response to multiple stimuli, including cell density and mechanotransduction. Pharmacological inhibition of phosphatases can also stimulate Hippo signaling in cell culture. We defined the Hippo protein-protein interaction network with and without inhibition of serine and threonine phosphatases by okadaic acid.
