Yeasts contain bioactive components that can enhance fish immune robustness and disease resistance. Our study focused on analyzing intestinal immunoregulatory pathways in zebrafish (<i>Danio rerio</i>) using iTRAQ and 2D LC-MS/MS to quantify intestinal proteins.
