Project description:Analysis of gene expression of Staphylococcus sp.OJ82 from fermented seafood in salted environment Total RNA obtained from Staphylococcus sp.OJ82 in 1% and 11% NaCl condition
Project description:To determine if significant genomic changes are associated with the development of vancomycin intermediate Staphylococcus aureus, genomic DNA microarrays were performed to compare the initial vancomycin susceptible Staphylococcus aureus (VSSA) and a related vancomycin intermediate Staphylococcus aureus (VISA) isolate from five unique patients (five isolate pairs). Keywords: comparative genomic hybridization
Project description:The Antibiotic Resistant Sepsis Pathogens Framework Initiative aims to develop a framework dataset of 5 sepsis pathogens (5 strains each) using an integrated application of genomic, transcriptomic, metabolomic and proteomic technologies. The pathogens included in this initiative are: Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae complex, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, and Streptococcus pneumoniae. This submission pertains to Staphylococcus aureus strains BPH2760, BPH2819, BPH2900, BPH2947 and BPH2986.
Project description:We integrated genomic and transcriptomic analysis of a newly isolated obligate Methylomonas sp. DH-1 grown on methane and methanol. Comparative transcriptomic analysis between methane and methanol as a sole carbon source revealed different transcriptional responses of Methylomonas sp. DH-1, especially in C1 assimilation, the secondary metabolites pathways and the oxidative stress related genes
Project description:The Antibiotic Resistant Sepsis Pathogens Framework Initiative aims to develop a framework dataset of 5 sepsis pathogens (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae complex, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Streptococcus pyogenes, 5 strains each) using an integrated application of genomic, transcriptomic, metabolomic and proteomic technologies. This submission contains the results from five Staphylococcus aureus strains (BPH2760, BPH2819, BPH2900, BPH2947, BPH2986) grown in either RPMI or pooled human sera. Six replicates of each condition were subjected to shotgun proteomics and label-free MS1-based quantitation.
Project description:To detect salt-tolerance-related miRNAs, comparative analysis of miRNA expression profiles was performed between the salt-tolerant and -sensitive cotton cultivars in control and salt-stressed conditions (treated with 300 mM NaCl for 24 h) using microRNA microarray
