Project description:In order to study the molecular mechanisms of malignant biological behavior in gastric cancer regulated by NCAPD3, GeneChip PrimeView human gene expression array was used to detect differentially expressed genes (DEGs) before and after NCAPD3 knockdown. We used microarrays to detail the effect of NCAPD3 knockdown on gene expression in gastric cancer cell and identified differentially expressed genes during this process.
