Project description:Xenograft tumors were generated in J:Nu mice by injecting C4-2 prostate cancer cells and hybrid cells derived from cultured C4-2 prostate cancer cells and U937 derived macrophages
Project description:We performed single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics experiments on two ductal carcinoma in situ tissues and applied CellTrek to identify tumor subclones that were restricted to different ducts, and specific T cell states adjacent to the tumor areas. Our data show that CellTrek can accurately map single cells in diverse tissue types to resolve their spatial organization.
Project description:Transcriptional profiling was conducted on RNA from 8 xenograft L2987lung tumor tissue samples to identify genes affected by treatment with a VEGFR-2 small molecule inhibitor Experiment Overall Design: Baseline and 14 days post treatement gene expression profiling was performed using 8 xenograft L2987 lung tumor tissue samples to identify genes affected by a VEGFR-2 small molecule inhibitor
Project description:In order to investigate the role of microRNAs in the progression of CRPC, we evaluated expression profiles by microarray analysis of microRNAs derived from xenograft tumor tissues obtained at the CRPC stage in comparison to those at an androgen dependent stage. We evaluated expression profiles of microRNAs derived from the KUCaP2 xenograft tumor tissues at the CRPC stage in comparison to those at the androgen dependent stage (n=4) by microRNA microarray analysis.
Project description:Non-gestational choriocarcinoma (NGC) is a rare subtype of malignant germ cell tumor. We established a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) model using tumor tissue from an 18-year-old patient with NGC. Then, we performed mRNA-seq analysis using the fresh-frozen tissues of the original tumor and the PDX model.
Project description:TMT proteomics was used to detect the difference in protein expression of bevacizumab-resistant xenograft tumor tissue in nude mice.
