Project description:Mice were infected intradermally in the ear or left uninfected. Ear lesions, surrounding tissue and uninfected ear were collected 8 weeks post-infection. Metabolites were extracted by homogenization in 50% methanol (aqueous extract) followed by 3:1 dichloromethane:methanol (organic extract)
