Trancriptional profiling in microvesicles in stimulated (M1 and M2) and unstimulated conditions
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Extracellular membrane vesicles (MVs) are powerful biomarkers in several pathological processes. The potential advantage of MVs relays on the assumption that their content reflects processes ongoing in pathologically relevant cell types. Using microarrays, we performed transcriptional profiling in stimulated (M1 and M2) and unstimulated conditions.
