Transcription profiling of kuk and kur depleted embryos of Drosophila


ABSTRACT: Expression profile of Drosophila wild-type embryos in comparison to wild-type embryos injected with kuk dsRNA and embryos from kur germline clones. The stage of the embryos was late stage 5/stage 6/early stage 7 (late cellularisation/early gastrulation before germband extension). Four independent wild-type, two kuk and two kur embryo collections were performed. Total RNA was extracted and amplified. Mutant and respective wildtype samples were hybridized together on INDAC oligo arrays.
