ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(21)H(21)O(3)P, the whole mol-ecule is disordered over two sets of positions with refined occupancies of 0.503?(1) and 0.497?(1). The dihedral angles between the three benzene rings are 72.9?(2)°, 82.9?(3)° and 70.0?(2)° in the major disorder component and the corresponding angles in the minor disorder component are 85.0?(2)°, 79.2?(2)° and 72.3?(2)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by C-H?? inter-actions.
