ABSTRACT: In the title complex, [Co(NCO)(2)(C(12)H(8)N(2))(2)], the Co(II) atom, lying on a twofold rotation axis, is coordinated in a distorted octa-hedral environment by four N atoms from two chelating phenanthroline ligands and two N atoms from two isocyanate ligands in cis positions.
