In the title compound, C(17)H(19)N(3)O·CH(3)OH, the hydrazone mol-ecule exists in a trans geometry with respect to the methyl-idene unit and the dihedral angle between the two substituted benzene rings is 42.6 (2)°. In the crystal, the components are linked through N-H⋯O and O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming [100] chains of alternating hydrazone and methanol mol-ecules. ...[more]
