ABSTRACT: The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C(10)H(15)NOS, contains two independent mol-ecules with similar conformations. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked in a head-to-tail fashion by N-H?O hydrogen bonds into chains running along the b axis. The absolute configuration was assigned on the basis of known chirality of the parent compound.
