ABSTRACT: We report an efficient Pd-catalyzed C(sp(2))-H activation/C-O bond formation for the synthesis of ethoxy dibenzooxaphosphorin oxides from 2-(aryl)arylphosphonic acid monoethyl esters under aerobic conditions.
