ABSTRACT: n=4 chronically-instrumented conscious na?ve male Beagle dogs, dosed with Clozapine at 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg, p.o., successively. No PK phase. Parameters: haemodynamic parameters (SAP, DAP, MAP, HR) and lead II ECG (RR, PR, QRS, QT, QTcB, QTcQ and QTcF intervals). Arterial blood pressure, heart rate and lead II ECG variables in all groups were extracted at t-45, -30, -15, 30, 60, 120, 180, 240, 360, 480, 600 and 1200 min, where time 0 was the time at the end of the dosing.
