ABSTRACT: n=4 chronically-instrumented conscious male Beagle dogs, dosed with Moxifloxacin at 10, 30, 90 mg/kg, p.o., successively (wash-out 48h). No PK phase. Parameters: haemodynamic parameters (SAP, DAP, MAP, HR) and ECG intervals (RR, PR, QRS, QT, QTcB, QTcF intervals). Arterial blood pressure, heart rate, core body temperature and lead II ECG variables in all groups were extracted at t-45, -30, -15, 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 240, 360, 600, 900 and 1200 min, where t0 was the time at the end of the dosing.
