Sotalol: a cardiovascular safety pharmacology study using radiotelemetry in conscious beagle dogs following oral administration

ABSTRACT: n=3 chronically-instrumented conscious male Beagle dogs, dosed with Sotalol at 20 mg/kg. No PK phase. Parameters: haemodynamic parameters (SAP, DAP, MAP, HR) and ECG (RR, PR, QRS, QT, QTcF and QTcVdW intervals), body temperature. All parameters were noted before administration at -45, -30, -15, then at 30, 45, 60, 120, 180, 240, 360, 480, 720 and 1440 minutes after dosing.
