Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: N=6 Male Dunkin-Hartley guinea-pigs, chronically-instrumented with a radiotelemetry implant. Moxifloxacin at 20, 60 and 180 mg/kg, po, in successive treatments sessions as an escalating dose design (wash-out 72h). No PK phase. Mean, systolic and diastolic blood pressure (mmHg), heart rate (beats/min), body temperature (?C), duration of RR, PR, PQ, QT and QRS (ms) + QTcB, QTcF, QTcH. All parameters were analysed before administration, then at 0.5, 1, 1.5 and every hour over the 24 hours after dosing.
