Data independent acquisition for Arabidopsis


ABSTRACT: To comprehensively assess the influence of PRPS10 haploinsufficiency on chloroplast protein accumulation, we performed DIA-MS. Total proteins were extracted from 3 DAG seedlings of WT, bpg2-2, prps10-1/+, bpg2 prps10/+ grown under normal growth conditions.

In plant chloroplasts, certain ribosomal proteins (RPs) and ribosome biogenesis factors (RBFs) are present in nucleoids, implying an association between nucleoids and ribosome biogenesis. In Arabidopsis, the YqeH-type GTPase Brassinazole-Insensitive Pale Green2 (BPG2) is a chloroplast nucleoid-associated RBF.
