ABSTRACT: n=3 males and 3 females chronically-instrumented conscious Beagle dog using telemetry. Animals were dosed with sparfloxacin at 30 and 10 mg/kg po, successively (wash-out of 1 week). No PK phase. Parameters: haemodynamic parameters (SAP, DAP, MAP, HR) and ECG (RR, PR, QRS, QT, QTcF and QTcVdW intervals), body temperature. Timepoints: bBefore treatment: -1.5, -1 and -0.5 hours ; after treatment: 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 24 hours.
