Proximity labeling of SPARK-TurboID
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: SPARK is an essential AGC kinase found in apicomplexan parasites, ubiquitous pathogens of humans. Previously, we showed that SPARK is necessary for parasite calcium mobilization, invasion, and egress from host cells. Here, we perform proximity labeling experiments to determine proteins sharing subcellular proximity with SPARK in live intracellular parasites.
